Frequently Asked Questions
Where Should I Stay?
We invite you to stay at the conference hotel – the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, located on The Strip at 3708 Las Vegas Boulevard South. You can book, modify or cancel your reservations at any time here, and receive updated information about the conference.
How Can I Get to the Hotel?
The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is located three miles from McCarran International Airport. Shuttles from the airport start at $11 per person; a chauffeured car service starts at $75. Contact concierge at 702-698-6160 or at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details. Of course you can also use a ride-sharing service or cab.
How are You Addressing Health Concerns Over Coronavirus and Other Illnesses?
As public health officials work carefully to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) in the U.S., we’re reminding Excell attendees to practice everyday prevention measures to stay healthy. There have been no reported cases in the conference’s host city, Las Vegas. Still, it’s best to exercise caution. Be sure to:
Wash your hands frequently: You should wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds – this is especially true before you eat and after blowing your nose, coughing or sneezing. If soap and water isn’t available, use a hand sanitizer with 60-95% alcohol.
Avoid shaking hands: The virus can be spread through close contact, so please ignore formalities and skip the handshake – a “hello” will do. You should also avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. In the same vein, cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, not your hands.
Stay home if you’re sick: The best way to prevent the virus is to avoid exposure. Remember, when an infected person coughs or sneezes, respiratory droplets can land in the mouths or noses of nearby people, who then might inhale into their lungs. So please stay home if you’re not feeling well.
Do You Offer Refunds?
